Friend Of Alexander Brothers Booked For Sexual Battery

A family friend of prominent real estate broker brokers accused of drugging and raping women has pleaded not guilty in Miami-Dade County court to sexual battery.

After being fingerprinted and having a booking picture, the judge will allow Ohad Fisherman out on bond.

His wife and mother-in-law have agreed post $260,000 in personal surety with a $25,000 bond.

He'll have an ankle monitor, a stay away order from the victim, and must surrender his U.S. and Israeli passports.

The state not agreeing to the bond because they argue, not only did Fisherman hold down a woman in 2016 while Alon and Oren raped her, but with a federal investigation underway, there's no way to know if there are other victims.

The Alexander brothers are charged in both state and federal court.

Older brother, Tal Alexander, is also charged in federal court for sex trafficking.

Fisherman is only charged in state court.
