Florida's Attorney General reacts to news of a criminal indictment of former President Trump.

"I found myself very sad."

On Fox and Friends Friday morning, Ashley Moody lashes out at Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, whom Trump accuses of a political witch hunt.

"He's a rogue radical prosecutor, there's plenty of evidence of that in other cases. He refuses to enforce some laws and it really appears he is trying to play Twister with the law to win a partisan game.

Moody and others on the Republican side say the first-ever indictment of a former president sets a dangerous precedent.

"I think everyone felt last night what the whole country is feeling...this is a sad day in the story of the United States."

According to reports, the former president will be arraigned in New York next week.
