Hit-And-Run Driver Says She Is Harry Potter After Crash That Kills Judge

A woman who claimed to be "Harry Potter" is in custody after a deadly hit and run in Boca Raton on Friday.

Police say 23-year old Nastasia Snape went around stopped traffic, driving onto a sidewalk. She struck two pedestrians, including 75-year old Federal Judge Sandra Feuerstein and a 6-year old boy.

The judge died. The boy suffered serious injuries.

Investigators say Snape fled the scene and later crashed her vehicle in Delray Beach. That's where she told paramedics that she was the boy wizard and claimed she had not been in an accident.

Police found a synthetic drug known as "T" salts in her purse. They are known to cause erratic behavior.

Snape faces charges of vehicular homicide and hit-and-run involving death.
