Three friends in Britain who are all over the age of 100 reveal their secrets to a long life including "keeping a boy toy nearby."
Irene, 101, Daisy, 103, and Phyllis, 103, laugh and enjoy their life to the fullest every day, even though all three women have lived through triumph and torture.
The three women, who live in a senior care home, shared their advice for a long life which includes staying active and happy, treasuring family, and getting into nature and fresh air.
“We all meet and we enjoy life – I look forward to it. I live life to the full. I’m always on the go, I don’t like sitting around." said Daisy.
“Sitting in a chair is not my scene really, but’s it’s come to that now!” she said, even though the staff at Manor Lodge help keep her busy.
